Volleyball Recap: Milford Takes a Loss

Milford lost to Walled Lake Western two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mavericks fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Milford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for Walled Lake Western, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season.

Milford will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Walled Lake Central at 6:00 p.m. Walled Lake Western will be paying especially close attention to the Mavericks' matchup: after the Mavericks face off against the Vikings, they'll take on Walled Lake Western again at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
