Basketball Game Preview: Dillon Wildcats vs. Marlboro County Bulldogs

Dillon and Marlboro County are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Dillon Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Marlboro County Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Saturday, Dillon was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 53-48 to Georgetown.

Meanwhile, Marlboro County unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Waccamaw by a score of 61-58.

Dillon's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Marlboro County, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.

Dillon came out on top in a nail-biter against Marlboro County when the teams last played back in January, sneaking past 59-57. Will Dillon repeat their success, or does Marlboro County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
