Clare had already won 20 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it 21 on Saturday. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Holton Red Devils.

Clare's victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Holton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clare will venture away from home to challenge Standish-Sterling at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holton, they will head out to square off against Ravenna at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
