Brandywine is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest loss since December 10, 2024 on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Edwardsburg and fell 73-42. The Bobcats were down 55-25 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Dowagiac played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Lakeshore 66-29. The Chieftains have struggled against the Lancers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Brandywine's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Dowagiac, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.
