Basketball Recap: Greenville Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Greenville can now relate to. They took a 59-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Columbia Eagles on Saturday. The loss came about despite the Comets having been up 22 in the third quarter.

Greenville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-21. As for Columbia, they moved to 15-14 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Greenville nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
