Capuchino and San Mateo are an even 5-5 against one another  since October of 2015, but  not for long. The Mustangs will face off against the Bearcats at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Capuchino is coming into the  contest hot, having won their last four games.

Capuchino won the last time they faced Jefferson and  Jana Hernandez did her part to make sure it happened again. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Grizzlies with a sharp  3-0 win on Thursday thanks in part to  Hernandez, who  had 32  digs and one assist. Hernandez is  crushing it when it comes to  digs: she's   had at least 18 every time she's  taken the court this season.
 Capuchino never let Jefferson on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23,  25-12.
Meanwhile,  San Mateo unfortunately witnessed the end of their  five-match winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against  Mills, falling  3-0.
 While San Mateo had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21,  25-22.
 Capuchino's victory bumped their record up to 19-3. As for San Mateo, they now  have a losing record of 9-10.
 Everything went Capuchino's way against San Mateo in their previous meeting  back in September, as Capuchino made off with  a  3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
