Mandarin put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They pulled ahead with a 68-67 photo finish over the Ribault Trojans. This was payback for the Mustangs, who suffered a 58-38 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Loss or not, Ribault got some senior leadership from Jamian Jackson and Ty'Reon Bradwell. Jackson went 5 of 10 en route to 16 points and three steals, while Bradwell dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 boards. Jackson's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kaleb McDuffie, who posted ten points.

Mandarin's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Ribault, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-1.

Mandarin will take on Braddock in a holiday battle at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at. As for Ribault, they will take on Lake Highland Prep in a tournament on December 19th.
