Baseball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 10-0 to the Beacon Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-0 on Tuesday.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Beacon, their win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

Coincidentally, Liberty and Beacon will both be playing Port Jervis the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
