Soccer Recap: Herndon Comes Up Short

Herndon was the 2-1 winner over Wakefield when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors on Tuesday.

Herndon now has a losing record of 1-2-2. As for Wakefield, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Herndon will take on Langley at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wakefield, they will square off against Chantilly at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
