Volleyball Recap: Sierra Grande Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Sierra Grande Panthers came up short against the Monte Vista Pirates on Monday and fell 3-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 11-25, 25-22, 25-15.

Eneria Quintana paced Sierra Grande's offense, picking up 12 kills. Quintana got some help from Audrianna Gerardo and her 20 assists. Quintana was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Sierra Grande's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Monte Vista, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Sierra Grande wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Kim/Branson on the 11th. As for Monte Vista, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Dove Creek on the 11th.
