Basketball Recap: Red Springs Takes a Loss

Red Springs played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the West Bladen Knights and fell 49-20. The game marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Leading West Bladen to victory were Hezekiah Adams and Jackson Pait. Adams posted 16 points, while Pait put up 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Williams, who had seven points.

This is the second loss in a row for Red Springs and nudges their season record down to 1-15. As for West Bladen, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Red Springs won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Midway at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Bladen, they will challenge St. Pauls at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
