Volleyball Recap: Acadiana Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Acadiana was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Rayne on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams came up short against the Barbe Buccaneers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Buccaneers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-14.

Acadiana's loss dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Barbe, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Acadiana will face off against rival Southside at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Barbe is set to square off against their familiar foe Sulphur at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
