Football Recap: Bowen/Baker College Prep's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

Bowen/Baker College Prep was the 20-6 winner over Bogan when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Boilermakers and Bobcats fell 12-8 to the Bengals on Thursday. The loss was the Boilermakers and Bobcats' first of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Bowen/Baker College Prep lost, don't look at Josh Moton. Despite the final result, he rushed for 78 yards and one TD on only seven carries.

Even if they lost, Bowen/Baker College Prep's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Steven Prince, Corey Addison, and Brandon Williams, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bowen/Baker College Prep fell to 5-1-1. As for Bogan, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.
