Softball Game Preview: Baird Bears vs. Hamlin Pied Pipers

For the second straight game, Baird will face off against Hamlin. The Bears will take on the Pied Pipers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Baird is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11 runs per game this season.

Baird made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Hamlin, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bears put the hurt on the Pied Pipers with a sharp 16-5 victory on Tuesday. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by ten runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Cassidy Lucas, who fired off two home runs, six RBI, and four runs while going 3-for-3.
