Football Recap: Addison Skates Past Waterloo with Ease

Addison got themselves on the board against Waterloo on Friday, but Waterloo never followed suit. They blew past the Cougars, posting a 45-0 win. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Elijah Roberts had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 66 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only five carries, while also throwing for 166 yards and one TD while completing 75% of his passes. Zayne Smith helped out on the ground, rushing for 102 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Addison didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Silas Frazier.

Addison's record is now 6-1. As for Waterloo, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
