Heritage won the last time they faced Denver East and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Angels by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Hailey Hinrichsen paced Heritage's offense, picking up 15 kills. Hinrichsen got some help from Molly Pyne and her 24 assists. Finally, Hinrichsen was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Heritage's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Denver East, their loss dropped their record down to 9-11.

Heritage didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Golden on the 25th. As for Denver East, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Battle Mountain on the 25th.
