Heartland Lutheran was led to victory by Ella Francl, who turned in her biggest game of the season on Thursday. Francl dropped a double-double on 17 points and 17 rebounds. The effort also marked the most steals (seven) she has had since back in February of 2024. She is becoming a predictor of Heartland Lutheran's success: when she posts at least eight boards the team is 3-1 (and 3-7 when she doesn't).
