Lisle fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They walked away with a 68-56 victory over the Mooseheart Red Ramblers on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mooseheart lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Sylvester Gitten, who went 6-for-7 on his way to 14 points and eight boards. What's more, he also posted two blocks, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Nishi Amos, who went 7-for-13 en route to 15 points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Lisle's win bumped their record up to 7-22. As for Mooseheart, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.

Lisle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 71-33 loss against Streator on the 14th. As for Mooseheart, they have also already played their next game, a 56-51 defeat against Illinois Math & Science Academy on the 13th.
