Salado waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They strolled past the Wimberley Texans with points to spare, taking the game 23-9. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 59-28 win the Texans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Luke Bingham had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 135 yards and one TD while picking up 7.5 yards per carry.

Salado didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Hays Ramsey led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.
