            Football Recap: McLain Science & Tech Titans vs. Broken Bow Savages        
        
		
        
        
            McLain Science & Tech was the  48-18 winner over Broken Bow when they last played one another  back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Titans took a  blow against the Savages on Friday, falling  48-7. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked 115th, while the Savages are ranked 14th).
 Broken Bow was led to victory by  Jattairrius Neal and  Greydon Howell.  Neal gained 256 total yards and four touchdowns, while  Howell rushed for 106 yards and one  score on only 11 carries. Howell's rushing production has been exceptional  as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 106  rushing yards.
McLain Science & Tech now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for Broken Bow, the  victory was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. McLain Science & Tech is set to  take on  their familiar foe Hilldale  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Meanwhile, Broken Bow will  face off against  rival Poteau  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. That  game will pit two of the most dominant  signal callers against one another:  Howell and  Sam Tecla.
