Volleyball Recap: Piedmont Hills Beats Leland for Their Fourth Straight Win

Piedmont Hills proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Leland Chargers 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Pirates: when they faced off against the Chargers back in March, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Piedmont Hills, bringing their record up to 10-3. As for Leland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season.
