Oxford had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt Lake Orion on Tuesday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Dragons. Considering Oxford have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Oxford is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six games. As for Lake Orion, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 14-3-2 record.

As of now, neither Oxford nor the Dragons have any future games scheduled.
