Baseball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for Calvary Christian

Calvary Christian came out on top against Millennium Charter Academy on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run sixth inning. The Cougar blew past the Lions 14-0. Fans of the Cougar have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Millennium Charter Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calvary Christian will venture away from home to face off against Oak Level Baptist Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
