Baseball Recap: Severn Run Takes a Loss

Severn Run fell victim to South River and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Seahawks, falling 8-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Wolves haven't been shut out since back in March.

Severn Run's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for South River, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Severn Run does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South River, they will square off against Westminster at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
