Volleyball Game Preview: Botkins Trojans vs. Jackson Center Tigers

Botkins hasn't had much luck against Jackson Center recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Trojans will be playing at home against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Botkins didn't have quite enough to beat Anna and fell 3-2.

Botkins started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 23-25, 25-14, 25-23, 15-5.

Meanwhile, Jackson Center earned a 2-0 win over Graham Local on Saturday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Jackson Center took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-15.

Botkins' defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Jackson Center, their win bumped their record up to 6-12.
