Basketball Game Preview: Hanks Knights vs. Del Valle Conquistadores

The Hanks Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Del Valle Conquistadores at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Hanks came up short against Parkland on Tuesday, falling 66-45.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Del Valle). They walked away with a 78-65 win over Parkland on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Conquistadores who have now won three games in a row.

Del Valle has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Hanks, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.

Hanks couldn't quite finish off Del Valle when the teams last played on January 3rd and fell 64-61. Can Hanks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
