Volleyball Recap: East Hamilton Comes Up Short

If East Hamilton was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Howard Tech on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hurricanes came up short against the Baylor Red Raiders on Thursday, falling 3-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 15, 2020, but that streak is no more.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-14, 25-20.

East Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Baylor, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, East Hamilton will face off against Bradley Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Baylor, they will take on Maryville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
