There's no place like home for Orange, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Wednesday. They came out on top against the Estancia Eagles by a score of  5-0  on Wednesday. With that  victory, the Panthers brought their scoring average up to 6.6  runs per game.
Orange got a  massive  performance out of  Liliana Nunez, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with two  stolen bases, five  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  stolen bases  Nunez has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Anabelle Alvarado, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with four  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Orange  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 15  hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  hit total in three consecutive  games.
Orange's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 5-10. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Estancia,  they are  on  a  ten-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-15.
 Coming up, Orange will venture away from home to  take on La Quinta  at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Estancia, they will be playing at home against Loara  at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday.
