Basketball Recap: Comstock Park Comes Up Short

Comstock Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a hard 69-50 fall against the Kelloggsville Rockets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-29 back in January.

Comstock Park's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Kelloggsville, the win got them back to even at 11-11.

Coming up, Comstock Park will challenge Tri County Area at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kelloggsville, they will face off against West Michigan Aviation Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Kelloggsville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully West Michigan Aviation Academy likes a good challenge.
