Basketball Recap: North Pemiscot Comes Up Short

North Pemiscot was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 28th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Risco Tigers and fell 84-14. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 601st, while the Tigers are ranked 94th).

North Pemiscot's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Risco, their win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-2.

North Pemiscot will welcome Gideon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Risco, they will head out to take on Richland at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
