Basketball Recap: TMI-Episcopal Comes Up Short

TMI-Episcopal lost against St. Michael back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers fell 59-54 to the Warriors.

Despite the loss, TMI-Episcopal still got an impressive performance from Elijah Williams, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Williams' afternoon made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Corbin Crocker, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.

TMI-Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for St. Michael's, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

TMI-Episcopal wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 60-57 victory against Cypress Falls on the 22nd. As for St. Michael's, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-60 win against Heritage on the 22nd.
