Volleyball Recap: St. Hubert Catholic for Girls Gets the Win

St. Hubert Catholic for Girls's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic Friars/Pandas. That result was just more of the same for these two, as St. Hubert Catholic for Girls also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2017.

St. Hubert Catholic for Girls was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 24-26, 25-12, 25-18.

Rylee Mangan paced St. Hubert Catholic for Girls' offense, picking up four kills. Mangan got some help from Tessa Tobin and her 11 assists. Emily Connelly controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

St. Hubert Catholic for Girls' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1.

St. Hubert Catholic for Girls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Carver High School of Engineering & Science on the 12th. Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
