Softball Recap: Ravenna Ravens vs. Coventry Comets
Ravenna lost against Coventry last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Ravenna Ravens fell victim to a rough 10-1 defeat at the hands of the Coventry Comets. Ravenna has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Ravenna saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shyanna Dillbeck, who went 1-for-1 with an RBI.
Ravenna's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Coventry, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-5 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ravenna will take on Garfield at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Coventry, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Field at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
