League recap: Hill-McCloy tops Madison to extend winning streak

Genesee Area - Red recap November 19, 2013

Hill-McCloy added to the longest winning streak in Genesee Area - Red this week by beating Madison, 42-13. The win marks 12th in a row for the the Rams.

Hill-McCloy led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on the Eagles.

Johnson's Tony Saldona and Isaiah Collins led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-0 quarterback Saldona has thrown for 935 yards this season, while Collins has 20 catches for 338 yards. Jawuan Taylor from Beecher leads the league in rushing with 1,047 yards.

Dennnis Reinhart's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,001 from 1,244. The advance stemmed from a 42-13 victory over Madison last week.
