Fowler entered their tilt with Las Animas on Friday with 13 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 14. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Trojans. Three seems to be a good number for the Grizzlies as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Brock True made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024.

True wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Joe Salvo, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most doubles Salvo has posted since back in April of 2024.

Fowler pushed their record up to 17-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road. As for Las Animas, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-5.
