Volleyball Recap: Harbor Beach Takes a Loss

Harbor Beach lost against Sandusky back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 2-1.

Despite the loss, Harbor Beach still got an impressive performance from Reese Booms, who had 38 digs and four assists. Booms is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 11 every time she's taken the court this season.

Harbor Beach now has a losing record of 1-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harbor Beach will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Laker at 5:30 p.m. on September 3. As for Sandusky, they will take on Kingston at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
