Volleyball Recap: Quitman Comes Up Short

Quitman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Pisgah Dragons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-17, 25-9.

Quitman's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Pisgah, they pushed their record up to 16-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Quitman will venture away from home to face off against Seminary at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pisgah, they will welcome Raleigh at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
