Volleyball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jordan-Matthews can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Seaforth Hawks on Wednesday. The Jets haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-13, 25-10.

Seaforth found their leader in sophomore Kleber Corzo, who had 18 assists and five digs. Corzo is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 12 or more in each of the last eight games he's played.

Jordan-Matthews' defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Seaforth, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Jordan-Matthews nor Seaforth have any future games scheduled.
