Basketball Game Preview: Palo Verde Titans vs. Empire Ravens

Palo Verde and Empire are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2017, but not for long. The Palo Verde Titans will head out to face off against the Empire Ravens at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses for Palo Verde and six for Empire.

Last Monday, Palo Verde took a blow against Thatcher, falling 68-10.

Meanwhile, Empire came up short against Desert View on Tuesday, falling 48-24.

Palo Verde's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Empire, their loss dropped their record down to 3-17.

Palo Verde came up short against Empire in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, falling 25-20. Can Palo Verde avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
