Basketball Recap: Coquille Comes Up Short

Coquille lost against South Umpqua back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Coquille Red Devils fell 51-41 to the South Umpqua Lancers. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coquille's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for South Umpqua, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-9 record.

Coquille will take on Douglas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for South Umpqua, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Glide at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Umpqua is facing Glide at the right time seeing as Glide is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
