Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Advanced Math & Science Academy walked away with it. They blew past the Douglas Tigers 13-1 on Wednesday. Considering the Eagles have won 18 matchups by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Advanced Math & Science Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Douglas, they moved to 6-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Advanced Math & Science Academy nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
