Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances across Friday and Saturday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Elijah Epps Delivers Best Effort of Season

On Saturday, Beacon got the W thanks in part to Elijah Epps playing the best football he has all season. Epps rushed for 194 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 37 yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 58 yards.

Fox Posts Huge Game in 56-13 Victory

Port Jervis picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Dylan Fox. Fox turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 129 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also rushing for 52 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.

If the past is any indication, Fox could be in store for another big game when he takes on Marlboro Central on Saturday. Fox rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per carry the last time he and the Dukes duked it out back in November of 2023.

Carroll Dolshun's Big Game Leads Port Jervis over New Paltz

Carroll Dolshun was instrumental in extending Port Jervis's winning streak to five on Friday. New Paltz had no answer to Dolshun as he rushed for 61 yards and two touchdowns.

Dolshun must have New Paltz's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Dolshun saw the Huguenots), he rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns.

Anthony Theodore and Co. Win Fifth in a Row

Anthony Theodore was instrumental in extending Port Jervis's winning streak to five on Friday. Theodore was dynamite, rushing for 58 yards and two touchdowns, while also catching a touchdown.

New Paltz's probably not too fond of Theodore given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Theodore saw the Huguenots), he rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 43 receiving yards and a touchdown.
