Volleyball Recap: Sturgeon Bay Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Sturgeon Bay had to endure a 13-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Coulee Region Christian by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Bristol Will paced Sturgeon Bay's offense, picking up four kills. Will got some help from Makenna Coyhis and her nine assists. Regan Kasten controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Sturgeon Bay's win bumped their record up to 2-14. As for Coulee Region Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Sturgeon Bay has already played their next contest (against Sun Prairie West), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Coulee Region Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Weston at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
