Recap: Boswell vs. Weatherford
On Tuesday, the Boswell Pioneers kept a clean sheet against the Weatherford Kangaroos. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Kangaroos.
Boswell was led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Eben Juarez and
Julian Orona, who scored both of Boswell's goals. The pair have combined for a total of four so far this season.
Boswell's victory bumped their record up to 7-4-1. As for Weatherford, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-9-1 record this season.
Boswell will be playing at home against Crowley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Weatherford, they will head out on the road to square off against Trinity at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Trinity has five straight wins, Weatherford has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
