Recap: Bothell Cougars vs. Issaquah Eagles

It was a good run, but the Bothell Cougars unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 67-59 to Issaquah. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Bothell in their matchups with Issaquah: they've now lost four in a row.

Several Cougars players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jarell Fermon, who scored 13 points. The matchup was Fermon's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Blake Skinner was another key contributor, scoring ten points.

Bothell's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Issaquah, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bothell won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Redmond at 7:30 p.m. on January 6th.
