Catskill and Hudson are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Cats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bluehawks at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Catskill will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Wednesday, Catskill got the win against Germantown by a conclusive 12-1.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 13 runs the game before, Hudson was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell 4-1 to Taconic Hills. The loss put an end to the Bluehawks' undefeated start to the season.

Hudson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Conte, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 3-for-4.

Catskill's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Hudson, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Catskill took their win against Hudson when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 8-2 score. Will the Cats repeat their success, or do the Bluehawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
