Volleyball Recap: Athens Bible Takes a Loss

Athens Bible was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hatton Hornets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

Athens Bible's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Hatton, their victory bumped their record up to 5-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Athens Bible will venture away from home to square off against Waterloo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hatton, they will head out to challenge Brooks at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
