Volleyball Recap: Tussey Mountain Titans vs. Northern Bedford County Panthers
Tussey Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Northern Bedford County Panthers. The Titans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 3-1.
Tussey Mountain was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Northern Bedford County work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 28-26, 23-25, 25-21.
Northern Bedford County was led to victory by Callie Miller and Grace Dainty. Miller had 22 assists and three digs, while Dainty had 14 kills and seven aces. With that strong performance, Miller is now averaging an impressive 12.6 assists per game.
