Volleyball Recap: Kaleigh Jeros and Anna Garnish Secure Win for Mount Greylock Regional + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Longmeadow, Mount Greylock Regional was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Monument Mountain Spartans with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mounties also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Mount Greylock Regional took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-6, 25-13.

Mount Greylock Regional was led to victory by Anna Garnish and Kaleigh Jeros. Garnish had nine aces and three digs, while Jeros had five digs and three aces. That's the most digs Jeros has posted over her last four matches. Tyanna Lepicier was another key player, getting six kills, four digs, and two aces.

Mount Greylock Regional now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Monument Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Mount Greylock Regional will head out to square off against Lee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monument Mountain, they will venture away from home to take on Libertas Academy Charter at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
