Basketball Recap: Graves County's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Graves County came into Monday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Hopkins County Central Storm by a score of 83-72 on Monday. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 78-75 victory the Storm walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2021.

Graves County's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Hopkins County Central, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Graves County will take on Marshall County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopkins County Central has already played their next match, a 60-56 loss against Webster County on the 28th.
